Self-Defense training offers a number of benefits to both men and women. Including increased muscle tone, improved balance and increased muscle coordination, confidence, and social interaction in a fun and friendly atmosphere. By learning to be aware of your surroundings and incorporating verbal assertiveness and physical defense techniques, you increase your chance of escaping an attack. You will learn what to avoid and how to defend yourself in a timely manner with realistic tools that may be found in your surroundings.

Self-Defense 102, 103
Expand on techniques and skills learned in Self-Defense 101. Become aware of your surroundings while incorporating verbal assertiveness and physical defense techniques. Learn what to avoid and how to defend yourself in a timely manner with tools that may be found in your surroundings.
Prerequisite: Self-Defense 101 or permission of instructor.
